Buying a Home?

When I go to work for you as your representative, I will provide you the buyer service that you require. I work at your pace with no pressure for a "quick deal" and when you can be available to search for a home. Meanwhile, I will remain vigilant to new properties that become available; sometimes previewing them to screen out those that may not meet your needs. I will also investigate homes being built and check them for you, so you don’t have to visit the builders’ model homes to see if they have homes that meet your requirements. I will describe to you the complete process of finding and purchasing a home. 

When you have selected a home, I will provide you with historical sales information to aid you in developing your offer price and help you craft other details of that offer. I'll then help you negotiate the best terms for you for the contract. I will be with you throughout the process up until the time you close and get the keys to your new home. In the meantime, I will be coordinating efforts among the seller, Title Company, insurance company, appraiser, and surveyor, as well as, helping you set up utilities. You will be treated with the utmost of professionalism, integrity and unique work ethic. I want the results of our effort to be your complete satisfaction and hopefully, a lasting friendship.

Since I have worked with many buyers in a broad range of prices in a typically patient/no rush process of finding them the precise home they desire, I have viewed substantially more homes in the market place than many of my counterparts, which has helped me gain a better sense of the real estate product and market. I have helped my clients buy and sell homes that have ranged from lower end homes that have seen better days, to new upper end executive style estates both in subdivisions and in rural locations.
