Selling a Home?

When I go to work for you as your representative, my objective is to get you the best possible price, in a time that meets your requirements, with the least inconveniences to you. I will contact you on a regular basis to provide you feedback on what marketing activities have been completed and any information I have been able to obtain from agents who have shown your home to their clients. I will be forthright with you at all times and personally, readily available to you. You will never have to question my integrity or work ethic. 

I will provide you with information on historical sales data and on "competing" listings to aid you in setting the best listing price for your home. I will employ a complete array of marketing and advertising measures to get the optimum exposure for your home and to make it stand apart from the competing houses. Among these, I will use newspaper ads, personalized flyers, and the power of the Internet to attract potential buyers.

 Upon receipt of an offer, I will help you negotiate the best terms and price for the contract. I will consult with you throughout the closing process, coordinating with among others; the buyer, Title Company, appraiser, surveyor and lender. I'll help you insure the utilities are transferred to the buyer and always be available to you even after the sale has closed.
